The trust has a business plan which details the proposed uses for the building once restored. Surveys with locals and visitors to our open days show that people would like to visit the cafe and viewing platform. We want the building to have an educational and community focus so the building will also be used by schools and community groups for meetings and events. To generate income to support the maintenance of the building, we plan to hire it out for meetings, events and ceremonies for marriages and civil partnerships.
